People often underestimate the power of music,

and the effect that it has on us.

We sometimes forget how a great song with a feel-good message lifts us up, and makes us smile and remember the place we had the most fun dancing to it and with whom.

We have an enormous opportunity, as human beings, to be a gift to each other. It doesn’t have to be money, I am lucky and grateful to help in that regard, but that is just one of a myriad amount of ways we can be a daily or hourly gift in the lives of others. It could be a supportive compliment at the end of an email, a quick text to let someone know you are thinking of them and hoping for their success, an extra minute or two of listening even when you are exhausted and crave nothing but ten minutes of silence. It could be simply holding the door open for someone or telling them they look nice that day.

Let’s try to remember it matters not how big or small our actions are, it’s the intention that counts.

Don't be stingy, share yourself with your friends!

Co-creating sacred space and positive energies, growing and changing, and respect and tolerance for our own inner vision for the Sister Tribe are just a few of the ways we empower ourselves with the essence of our Mother Earth. Giving each other, our loving attention; listening to lessons and blessings bestowed to us by our Great Mother without judgment or jealousy for the reason that each Sister values the needs and goals of all the members of the Tribe as well as her spiritual/physical well-being.

The Sister Tribe has had the benefit of being together in a positive atmosphere of love and trust that includes: braiding/fixing hair, having parties/get together, dressing up, dressing down, dancing and singing,asking questions, seeking answers and always being there for each other through the good and bad.

The Tribal Traditions challenges each woman of the Sister Tribe to go deeper further to their own unique Ashe. Discovering the Ashe within, enlightens the Sister Tribe to accept who they are, blessed, and thus become a sanction of their own feminine spiritual powers of love, peace and joy.

THE DAY WAS WARM...ENOUGH TO WALK AND ENJOY THE SUN AND THE HUSTLES OF LIFE.

WHHILE NOTICING A WOMAN WALKING IN FRONT OF ME...GOING ABOUT HER WAY.

I FELT A DEEP SENSE OF APPRECIATION TO THE MIRACLE OF BEING ALIVE.

WALKING UP FURTHER AHEAD... THE WOMAN CROSSED THE STREET GOING THE SAME DIRECTION AS ME.

WE MISSED THE FIRST BUS AS IT WHISKED BY.

WHILE WAITING FOR THE NEXT BUS. WE EXCHANGED "HOW ARE YOU ?

AS WE SPOKE WITH AN APPRECIATION OF THE OF NICE THE DAY WAS.

SHE ASKED ME IN A STRONG ARABIC ACCENT.

DO YOU KNOW WHERE MY HUSBAND CAN GET JOB.

HE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND WORK FOR 6 MONTHS
